Sport Chek, the largest sports retailer in Canada, now stocks multiple models of Apple Watch.
Its selection isn’t quite as big as the Apple’s but its prices are the same, and it’s more convenient for those who don’t live near an official Apple store.
Apple Watch has been popping up everywhere since it made its debut in April 2015, so it’s not too difficult to get your hands on one no matter where you live. For those in Canada, there’s now another option that should make trying before you buy even easier.
Sport Chek, which operates hundreds of sporting goods throughout Canada, is now stocking three Apple Watch models, including Series 1, Series 2, and the Nike+ option. Each one is available in ether 38mm or 42mm sizes, with different band and case colors.
Sport Chek is also offering Apple Watch accessories, including eight straps all priced at $69.99 apiece, a power adapter priced at $24.99, and the magnetic charging cable priced at $34.99 — all of which are official Apple products.
Pricing for the Apple Watch models themselves reflects Apple’s pricing, so you won’t save any money buying from Sport Chek for now. However, as iPhone in Canada notes, future Sport Chek coupons and discounts could change that.
It’s certainly more likely that you’ll see discounts at Sport Chek than at the Apple store.
