makes NO sense whatsoever. why leave one show so they can control the release of their products more tightly, only to replace it with another show at the same time of year?

not to mention, at CES they wouldn’t be the belle of the ball.

Here’s some Apple trivia for you……. Apple did exhibit at CES, in January 1979, and maybe 1980.

As Apple’s northeast distributor, my team and I worked at the Apple booth (20 x 20), greeting Apple dealers and dealer candidates. Total Apple sales in 1978 - $7 million.
