Apple TV+ subscribers are getting new comedies and thrillers to enjoy in summer 2024. And there are plenty of big-name stars, too. Eight new shows debuted between the beginning of June and the end of August (and a film to boot).

Here’s what’s new on Apple’s streaming service or coming in the next two months.

Apple TV+ already produced a hit in summer 2024

Many people had doubts when Apple TV+ launched in 2019. Why is a computer-maker producing a streaming TV service? Almost five years later, Apple has proved itself.

The company loves to point out how many awards it’s won — the current count is 488 wins and 2,143 nominations. On top of that, it’s created very popular series. Ted Lasso became a breakout hit for Apple TV+, but other shows also found widespread success, including Silo and Severance.

New shows coming to Apple TV+ in summer 2024 could earn more awards and pull in new audiences.
