frustrating problem it could be caused

by a couple things like it may not

recognize the format of it so it may not

just show up it could be causing

problems the computer and it could be

detecting that it's in there at all you

know there's several different problems

normal methods first first try dragging

the DVD or CD down to your trashcan

it'll turn into an eject icon and then

let go and your CD or DVD should pop out

now if it doesn't you can also try

holding down the eject key on your

keyboard for a couple seconds and seeing

if that works another method that works

oftentimes is by going into the finder

and then clicking on the eject button

right next to its icon and in the finder
